Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, failure to show up for an appointment, or arriving too late to be serviced will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule and provide proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment at the discretion of The Juice Box Piercing.

We understand that emergencies happen please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected arises and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Know What To Schedule For

Are you looking to re-pierce something you think may have closed? In many cases, older piercings remain partially or fully open. To determine this, we gently use a taper to assess whether the existing channel can be reopened.
